¿ä¾à1 º» ¿¬±¸´Â ´Ù¼ººÐ°è °íÀ¯µ¿ ¸ð¸£Å¸¸£ÀÇ Æ¯¼º¿¡ °üÇÑ ¿¬±¸ÀÌ´Ù. º¸Åë Æ÷Ʋ·£µå ½Ã¸àÆ®(OPC), °í·Î½½·¡±× ¹ÌºÐ¸»(GGBFS), Ä®½·¼³Æ÷¾Ë·ç¹Ì³×ÀÌÆ®(CSA) ±×¸®°í ÃʼӰæ½Ã¸àÆ®(URSC)¸¦ È¥ÇÕÇÑ °áÇÕÀçÀÌ´Ù. GGBFS´Â OPC Áú·®¿¡ ´ëÇØ 30%(P7 series), 50%(P5 series) ±×¸®°í 70%(P3 series)ġȯÇÏ¿´°í, CSA¿Í URSC´Â 10%¿Í 20%¸¦ ġȯÇÏ¿´´Ù. ȥȭÁ¦´Â Æú¸®Ä«¸£º¹½Ç°è¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¸ðµç ¹èÇÕÀÇ ¹°-°áÇÕÀç ºñ(w/b)´Â 0.35·Î ÀÏÁ¤ÇÏ´Ù. ½ÇÇèÀº ¹Ì´Ï½½·³ÇÁ, V-funnel, ¾ÐÃà°­µµ ±×¸®°í °ÇÁ¶¼öÃàÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½ÇÇè°á°ú CSA¿Í URSCÀÇ Ä¡È¯À²ÀÌ Áõ°¡Çϸé ȥȭÁ¦ »ç¿ë·®, V-funnel ½Ã°£ ±×¸®°í ¾ÐÃà°­µµ´Â Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ ÀÀ°á½Ã°£°ú °ÇÁ¶¼öÃàÀº CSA¿Í URSCÀÇ Ä¡È¯À²ÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´´Ù. CSA´Â °ÇÁ¶¼öÃàÀ» °¨¼Ò½ÃŰÁö¸¸ URSC´Â È¿°ú°¡ ¹Ì¹ÌÇÏ´Ù. CSA¿Í URSC¸¦ È¥ÇÕÇÑ °áÇÕÁ¦´Â »óÈ£º¸¿Ï ÀÛ¿ë¿¡ ÀÇÇØ °ÇÁ¶¼öÃà °¨¼ÒÈ¿°ú°¡ ÄÇ´Ù. ÀÌ´Â URSCÀÇ ÃʱⰭµµ Çâ»óÈ¿°ú¿Í CSAÀÇ ÆØÃ¢°ú Àå±â°­µµ Çâ»óÈ¿°ú ¶§¹®ÀÌ´Ù.
¿ä¾à2 This research presents the results of an investigation on the characteristic of multi-component blended high fluidity mortars. The binder was blended ordinary Portland cement(OPC), ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBFS), calcium sulfoaluminate(CSA) and ultra rapid setting cement(URSC). The GGBFS was replaced by OPC from 30%(P7 series), 50%(P5 series) and 70%(P3 series), CSA and URSC was 10% or 20% mass. The superplasticizer of polycarboxylate type were used. A constant water-to-binder ratio(w/b)=0.35 was used for all mixtures. Test were conducted for mini slump, setting time, V-funnel, compressive strength and drying shrinkage. According to the experimental results, the contents of superplasticizer, V-funnel and compressive strength increases with an increase in CSA or URSC contents for all mixtures. Moreover, the setting time and drying shrinkage ratio decrease with and increase in CSA or URSC. CSA decreased dry shrinkage but URSC had less effect. However, the mixed binders of CSA and URSC had a large effect of reducing drying shrinkage by complementary effect. This is effective for improving the initial strength of URSC, and CSA is effective for the expansion and improvement of long-term strength.
