Smart City is a model that is spreading around the world as a solution to cope with rapid changes in the city, such as the 4th Industrial Revolution, climate change, global low growth, rapid urbanization and demographic change. The Korean government also adopted Smart City as a national new growth engine business in 2016 and is actively promoting smart city construction as a world leader. In this study, we analyzed the smart service cases that are reflected in the smart city parks in Korea and abroad, and analyzed the results of the operation of the expert advisory group that was created to create the smart pilot park in LH in 2017. As a result of smart service analysis reflected in domestic and overseas parks, It can be seen as an extension of urban services such as crime prevention, disaster prevention, environment, and energy to park space. However, the park is a place to enjoy recreation, exercise, play, education and culture in nature, to meet people and to share opinions in the nature, considering the characteristics that clearly distinguish it from other urban space called "space with naturalness". There is a need to develop services for the enhancement of function and nature, human and community recovery. The following are the implications of the "Operation of Expert Advisory Groups by Sector" to create Smart Demonstration Park. First, the key smart park service that can enhance the function of the park itself should be derived through collaboration between the parks centered on the park planner. Second, The infrastructure such as the communication network and the data management system that Smart Park has is different from the infrastructure of the general park and it costs to operate and manage it. Therefore, it should be decided through consultation with the management. The technology that is applied to the park should have the direction for restoration of nature, human and community rather than expressing the technology itself, solving various problems such as environment, landscape and function directly. The technology that is applied to the park should be sustainable and more intuitive and more visually appealing to citizens. It is necessary to create a new service that can feel the nature filled with emotion and restore humanity and community by using technology. |
