이 연구는 중앙대 캠퍼스타운 창업문화가로의 역할을 규명하고 이를 구현할 수 있도록 보행중심의 창업문화가로를 조성한 사례를 분석하였다. 연구 범위는 동작구 흑석로 일부 구간을 대상으로 하며 창업문화가로의 계획 내용 분석 및 조성 후 평가 분석을 진행하였다. 흑석로 창업문화가로에서는 보행환경 개선 및 창업활동 지원을 위한 가로 계획을 수립하였고, 사업에 대한 평가에서는 창업문화가로 조성을 통해 지역 가로환경이 크게 개선된 것으로 확인된다. 또한 흑석로에스마트 가로를 계획하여 데이터 수집 기반을 마련하고 이를 활용한 해커톤 행사 등 창업으로 연계될 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다. 다만 일부 구간이 공공재개발사업에 포함되면서 조성시기가늦어져 창업문화 교류공간을 충분히 확보하지 못한 것은 한계로 지적할 수 있으나 향후 관련 사업 시행과 함께 계획대로 조성된다면 창업문화가로의 기능을 충분히 담당할 수 있을 것이다. |

This study identified the role of the Chung-Ang University Campus Town Startup Culture Street and analyzed the case of creating a pedestrian-oriented Startup Culture Street to implement this. The scope of the study was a portion of Heukseok-ro, and analysis of the plan for a start-up culture district and post-development evaluation analysis were conducted. Startup Culture Street established a street plan to improve the pedestrian environment and support start-up activities, and in the evaluation of the project, it was confirmed that the local street environment was greatly improved through the creation of Startup Culture Street. In addition, a smart street was planned in Heukseok-ro to establish a foundation for data collection, and the possibility of using this to lead to entrepreneurship, such as hackathon events. However, as some sections were included in the public redevelopment project, the construction period was delayed, and the failure to secure sufficient space for start-up culture can be pointed out as a limitation. If it is created as planned along with the implementation of related projects, it will be able to fully function as a Start-up culture district. |
