본고는 그동안 국내외의 비상 한 관심속에 진행되었던 세계 최고층빌딩 KLCC 쌍동이 건물의 현장설계업무를 수행했던 내용을 정리한 경험론적 연구이다. 그동안 해외에 나가서 수행한 프로젝트는 셀 수 없이 많 았지만 국내에 있는 자료는 거의 대부분 공사지(공사지) 성격을 띤 시공위주의 기록이 대부 분이기 때문에 현장설계를 중심으로 자료를 만드는 일은 이미 시장개방이 되어 세계의 유수 한 건설회사 내지는 설계회사들과 경쟁해야 할 핵심사항, 특히 설계관리의 중요한 지침이 될 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본연구는 첫째, 이러한 프로젝트관리의 선진화추세에 맞추어 해 외선진현장에서 수행했던 현장설계기록을 정리함으로써 추후 유사한 선진프로젝트 수행시 갖추어야 할 현장설계의 업무 및 조직을 제시하고 둘째, KLCC 프로젝트를 통해 수행한 시 공도의 작성방법과 종류, 관리방법, 승인방법을 정리함으로써 국내 설계자 및 감리자들사이 에서 논의되고 있는 시공도의 정의와 한계를 명확히 하였다. 셋째, 이러한 선진국형 프로젝 트에서 사용되었던 도면관리시스템과 설계자 및 감리자의 시공도에 대한 품질관리방안에 대 해 소개함으로써 우리의 설계자나 감리자 혹은 공사관리를 담당하는 기술자들이 활용할 수 있는 지침이 되도록 하였다. 넷째, 그동안 설계의 사각지대였던 현장설계의 영역이 설계와 시공의 접합점이 되고, 건축물의 최종생산단계에서 품질관리를 해야 하는 설계연구의 영역 으로 끌어 들였다. |

This study is towards making criteria for the proper job site design activities based on the KLCC project experience. The job site design activities are expected to be the key-point of the advanced project management system which was opened to the overseas contractors from July 1997 and relatively ignored by architects and/or designers. Therefore, the requirement for the job site design's role, definition, products, organizations, proper document control and the clarification of shop drawings will be increased at construction site and at the field of supervision. The data and suggestions inducted from KLCC project, which is the world tallest building, can be guidelines for the upcoming advanced building projects especially on the job site design control. Based on these results and study items, the verification of subsequent building project outputs will be needed to establish the correct criteria on the job site design activities. |
