공동주택 건축물의 시공 현장은 기초 타설 양생 후 되메우기를 하며 그 후 슬라브 타설을 한다. 그러나 기초 타설 후 양생기간과 되메우기시 기후변화에 민감하며 우천시 기초공사에서 시간을 끌게 됨으로서 상부공사에 적지 않은 영향을 주게 된다. 또한 되메우기시 토사를 30cm마다 메우고 다지기를 반복하게 되어 있어 효율성이 많이 떨어진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 토사되메우기를 기준으로 하여 토사 대신 순환골재를 이용한 공법과 EPS블록을 이용한 EPS시공으로 비교하며 공법별 평가를 통하여 효용성을 검증하고자 한다. |
