외환위기 이후 산업 및 기술의 변화 속도가 빨라지면서 기업연수원의 중요성이 점차 높아지고 있다. 이에 개개인의 능력 배양을 위한 기업연수원의 역할이 중요해 지면서 그 관심 또한 증가하고 있다. 하지만 전국 기업 수에 비해 경남의 기업연수원의 수는 부족하며, 다양성과 규모 면에서 예전의 권위적이고 형식적인 형태를 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 현재 경남내에 운영되고 있는 기업 연수원의 시설, 프로그램의 현황에 관한 설문조사 결과 교육내용의 질에 대한 만족도는 높은 반면, 다양성과 실용성에 대한 만족도가 떨어지고, 기업에서의 임무 수행을 위한 기초 능력만 배양될 뿐, 창의, 창조, 협동 등 교육외적인 부분에서의 능력배양은 부족한 실정이다. 또한, 기업연수원의 특성상 교육생이 없는 비성수기 기간에는 활용도가 떨어져 지역의 자리만을 차지하는 시설이 될 수 밖에 없다. 이에, 연수원의 교육의 전문화, 프로그램의 다양화, 시설의 다양화를 늘려 레저, 편의, 휴식 시설 등을 포함 함으로써 창의성, 창조성, 협동심 등의 능력을 배양하여 교육생들의 교육효과를 극대화 시키고 연수원의 개방운영을 통하여 기업교육생 뿐만 아닌 일반 사회단체 및 개인에게는 또 다른 문화공간으로 활용 할 수 있는 효과가 기대되는 경남내 복합적 기업연수원을 제안한다. |

Since the society have developed and new information, knowledge daily have been created, ability level required by companies is also increasing so function of training institute of enterprise becomes more and more important for increasing individual capacity to keep high technical skills but training institute of enterprise in kyungnam compared with national training institute of enterprise is not enough and the result of study about the facility, program operating in kyungnam is that satisfaction of students keeps dropping and not enough part of extramural activities such as creativity, cooperation. In nature of the training institute of enterprise, when low season with out student, it occupy only space because its utilization decrease so the training institute of enterprise including educational specialization, various program, facility maximize educational result. so we suggest the complex training institute of enterprise including cultual space in kyungnam |
