표준품셈은 건설공사의 적정 예정가격을 산정하기 위한 기준으로 단위당 계산방법을 사용하고 있다. 대표적이고 보편적인 공법을 기준으로 하고 있지만, 빠른 속도로 발전하고 있는 기술의 반영이 어렵고 획일적인 기준의 적용으로 인하여 정확한 예정공사비 산출 및 현실성을 반영하는데 어려움이 따르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 표준품셈의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 3개 공동주택 현장의 현장 실측을 통하여 철근조립의 생산성을 파악하고 실무자 21인을 대상으로 면담조사를 실시하여 표준품셈의 구성방식을 제안하고자 한다. 검증은 전문가 2인을 대상으로 한 면담방식으로 진행되며 검증을 통한 보완사항 도출로 이 연구를 마무리 하고자 한다. |

The standard of estimate is one of the criteria for measuring proper construction budget that use costing method of each unit. But it is difficult to estimate accurate budget, because it is hard to apply up-to-date method of constructions and use uniform standards. So this research estimates the labor productivity of rebar work by sampling of 3 construction sites and points out the flaw that isn't reflected practicality of the standard of estimate. And for solving this problem of the standard of estimate, this research has a face-to-face talk with 21 hand-on worker. In conclusion, it offers a method of format of standard quantities per unit. Finally 2 construction experts verify validity of the suggestion and help it supplement the defects. |
