본 논문은 해외 LNG 플랜트 건설사업의 정성적 위험요인 평가에 관한 것이다. 위험요인은 정성적 위험요인과 정량적 위험요인으로 나눌 수 있는데, 이 연구에서는 정성적 위험요인을 중심적으로 진행하였다. 도출된 정성적 위험요인을 사업단계별로 나누어 위험요인 분류체계를 나누었다. 다음과 같은 위험요인 분석은 전문가 설문조사를 실시하여, AHP 기법을 통해서 분석을 수행하였다. AHP 기법을 통해 이원비교 된 자료들은 상대적 중요도를 도출할 수 있고, 우선순위를 통해 위험에 따른 순서를 정할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 해외 LNG 플랜트 건설사업의 프로젝트 수행 여부를 결정하는데 도움이 될 것이다. |

This study has appraisal about quantitative risk factors in overseas LNG plant construction industry. The risk factors are divided in qualitative risk factors and quantitative risk factors, and the study especially progresses on quantitative risk factors. The elicited quantitative risk factors are separated to the project phases. The risk factors analysis is performed by interview with some experts in the area, and elicited the data is analyzed by AHP method. Research material which is compared by AHP method can elicit relative importance, and determine sequence by critical factors through the priority order. So, the study is going to help when a arbiter decides the project is performed or not in overseas LNG plant construction industry. |
