요약2 In this study, the energy consumption and the energy consumption characteristics of heating and cooling transport equipment compared to the heating and cooling load according to office building size was examined. As the results, the HVAC system types that can be classified into heat source equipment, transport equipment and air conditioning equipment, and system combinations based on possibility linkage are summarized. And the result of simulation on the scale, the energy consumption characteristics of the fan and the pump of heating and cooling transport equipment compared to the heating and cooling load were examined to be 2.31 / 0.72 for small buildings, 2.49 / 0.80 for medium sized buildings and 3.36 / 1.24 for large buildings. It is shown that the energy consumption of fan and pump according to office building size can be predicted through the office building heating and cooling loads.
