본 연구는 오피스 건축물의 공공성 향상을 위한 전이공간 연구에 초점을 두고 첫째, 오피스 건축에서의 공공성 및 전이공간에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 오피스 건축물의 유형 및 특성을 파악하며 둘째, 이용자의 행태적 특성을 고려하여 전이공간의 공공성을 논의한다. 이로써, 보행자에게 개방되어 접근성이 양호하고 쾌적한 분위기를 연출하는 만남과 휴식의 장소로서 보행자가 안전하고 자유롭게 걸을 수 있는 공간으로의 오피스 건축 전이공간 계획방향을 모색하고자 한다. |

Since 1980, Architecture-office has been a rapid growth in the construction of hign-rise buildings due to high density of the downtown area, climb of land prices, growth of architecture technique. The ground level of high-rise building is the buffer space between private and public realm and its roles in urban space becomes considerable. Specially, transition zone of high-rise office building is more important such side. This paper discuss the transition zone of the seventeen high-rise office buildings between kangnam and yuksam subway station on Tehenanno street for improving publicity. This paper envolved three analyzed and interpreted. 1) analysis of generally things(the ground & the buildings) 2) the actual conditiions survey of the transition zone(a total elements, composition & form, behavior of user) 3) evaluate of publicity based of the actual conditions survey and perform of improvment plan |
