Nowadays, the Muli-layered Complex Space is a hot topic for the Urban Regeneration. It is composed of many floors, which are visually isolated to each of them. So it is supposed to study bundling and locating shops. And it would be a good way to look at real distribution patterns of retail trades. For each types of shops, locating ways are different. For example, clothing shops need to be accumulated for bringing customers. But small supermarkets need to be scattered for making enough commercial zones. This paper classified 48 types of retail trades in Kangbuk-gu and Kangnam-gu (Seoul) into `shopping goods-shop' and `convenience goods-shop' by researching accumluation-index using GIS programm, and made relationship-index for each shop-types. Then This paper confirmed which shop-types tend to be gathered or scattered, which shop-types tend to have good relationships or bad relationships with other shop-types. The conclusion of this paper is that convenience goods-shops tend to be gathered by customer-oriented like `shopping goods-shops in a department store'. So it is recommended to locate them on the same floor if they have same customer, and to make vertical integration of `convenience goods-shops' for not disturbing one-stop shopping of convenience goods. |
