시간적, 공간적으로 설정하여 지향하는 최종적인 결과를 목표라고 한다. 우리는 일상생활 속에서 목표를 설정하고 이루기 위해 노력한다. 어떤 프로젝트에서든 기본적인 목표는 공정관리, 품질관리, 원가관리를 효율적으로 하는 것이다. 효율적인 프로젝트 관리를 위하여 비 가치 창출 단계에서의 낭비를 최소화 하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이러한 낭비의 최소화를 위하여 도입된 것이 바로 린 건설이다. 특히 린 건설에서 중요시 되는 것은 성과 측정 방법이다. 그러나 현재 까지는 작업 중심의 소극적인 관리 방법에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 더욱더 효율적인 프로젝트 관리를 위하여 이러한 과거의 성과 측정 패러다임은 변화를 필요로 하고 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 측정 방법의 보다 체계화된 활용을 위하여 기존의 측정 방법의 문제점을 지적하고, 기존의 측정지표로 연구되어진 효용성 개념에 작업 밀도 가중치를 고려한 측정지표를 제시하였다. 또한, 현장 적용 가능성을 제시하고자 case study를 통해 성과지표를 분석하였고, 현장 적용을 위한 추가 관리 절차를 제시하였다. |

It is ‘goal’ that we work toward something which established by time and place. In our daily life, we always try to achieve our goal. On any project, the basic goal is to efficiently operate the time management, the quality management and the cost management. The most important factor for the efficient project management is to minimize the waste on the step of none creative value. It is ‘Lean construction’ that is the concept used to minimize the most basic waste. Especially on ‘Lean construction’, the method of measuring project performance is regarded most importantly. However, until now, it still has not project performance the passive managing method. For the more efficient project management, the old project performance measurement indicator paradigm has to be changed. Therefore, for the more systemized application of measurement method, we indicated the problem of the existing measurement method and suggested the measurement indicator which considered weight of work density with the concept of effectiveness studied by existing measurement indicator. In addition, to show the possibility of the field application, we analyzed the result of case study and suggested the process of additional management which is for the field application. |
