최근 건축물이 사용성, 효율성, 규모 측면에서 다양하게 변화함에 따라 건설공사의 품질은 더욱 중용하게 인식되고 있다. 우리나라에서 본격적으로 공사감리가 도입된 것은 1962년 「건축법」 및 1963년 「건축사법」의 게정에서 부터라고 할 수 있으며, 1994년 건설기술 관리법 개정을 통해 책임 감리제도를 도입하였다. 정부는 1994년 8월 이후 부실공사의 근원적 방지와 품질향상을 위해 기존 건축법에서 규정된 감리제도 중 국민의 생활에 직접적인 영향을 주는 공동주택 건설공사에 대해 설계와 감리를 분리하여 주택 건설촉진법으로 규정·시행하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 감리자 자질이나 책임의식 부족과 건설공사과정에서의 부패방지를 방지하기 위해 감리자 선정방법, 감리원 업무범위, 감리원의 책임과 권한, 건축 감리 통합화에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. |

Construction Quality is very important factor. To assure the quality, Government had introduced the concept of supervision in Residential Facility Law and Architect Law. In spite of the law, many building were collapsed. So the government decided to introduce Construction Technology Management Law to reduce defective work and defect. But, many defective works are founded many facilities. Therefore, to enhance the consciousness for liability and to prevent defective work, supervisor selection method, supervisor service scope, liability and authority, integration of supervision system were suggested in this research. |
