현재 대형할인점 건설 프로젝트의 수는 꾸준히 증가하고 있지만, 그에 비해 대형할인점 프로젝트의 초기단계에서 공사기간을 예측하는 연구는 진행되고 있지 않고 있다. 이로 인해 대형할인점 프로젝트의 건설계획 과정에서 발주자는 제한된 정보, 불확실성, 주관적인 판단의 불가피 등으로 둘러싸여진 환경에서 의사결정을 내릴 수밖에 없었다. 따라서 본 연구는 대형할인점 신규 건설프로젝트 진행 시 사전 공사기간 예측이 가능하도록 지원하여 발주자의 의사결정의 보조수단으로 활용할 수 있는 기초적 자료를 제시하도록 하였다. 이를 위해 40개의 대형할인점 프로젝트의 사례를 분석하였으며, 공사기간에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 회귀분석을 활용하여 예측 모델을 개발하였다. |

Number of discount store construction is increasing steadily in present. However, there is no study that forecasting construction duration at first stage of the development. So, at the initial construction plan of discount store, owner could not but make decision-making by limited information, uncertainty, subjective decision. Therefore, the purpose of this study is able to forecast construction duration and help in employer's decision-making when build discount store. For correct forecast, analyzed 40 discount store construction examples. And analyzed variables that influence in construction duration using regression analysis. As the result, developed construction duration forecasting model at discount store. |
