The purpose of this study is to present the GMP(Guaranteed Maxium Price) which is one of the most important components of CM at Risk for application of CM at Risk in domestic private construction. The research method of this study is to adjust and analysis the previous studies and diagrame the result to help understand easily. As a result of the analysis, 1) The GMP has some important components, which are timing when to set the GMP, contingency, allowance, fee, open book policy and profit sharing. The timing when to set the GMP has relations with each components of the GMP. Secondly, open book policy and profit sharing are the precondition to perform the GMP contract. 2) Making the diagram between each components of the GMP to present how to perform the GMP at each stage in CM at Risk with GMP contract. |
