Reconstruction conducted actively as a solution of the interior decrepitude the apartment, but low possibility of performance is expected because of extending reconstruction period and limitation of floor area ratio, cosmetics area and height. On the other hand, remodeling is expected to actively conduct because of high profitability and deregulation by recycle of resource and shortening the project period. However, the inhabitants still prefer the reconstruction even though remodeling has strong points compared with reconstruction. Therefore, this study conducts a survey of the inhabitants about preference of reconstruction and remodeling, and will provide the basis data based on analysis of the preference to find reason of the inactive remodeling and plan to reinvigorate. |
