Recently the national capital region and the downtown area are having a problem of a lack of residence site. Order to promote the efficient use of downtown area multiple purpose buildings are constructed which are commercial facilities and residence facilities are mixed. Normal public residence is managed and organized by the residence law but multiple purpose building is managed only by law of complex building's possession and management. And this only focuses on ownership not the managements and organization of multiple purpose building. This research is based on considerations of multiple purpose building rationale and problems of maintenance. According to research on janitor officials, systematic problems were hammered out and an improvement of correct law is needed. |
