최근의 건설 사업들은 점차 복합화 첨단화 되어가고 있어 이를 해결하기 위해 건설현장에서 IT와 건설을 접목시킨 여러 솔루션 프로그램들이 활용되어져 공사의 효율성과 원가절감 등에 적극적으로 이용하고 있다. 앞으로 건설정보의 양은 더욱 늘어날 것이며 이것을 어떻게 체계적으로 활용하느냐가 수행중인 공사의 성패와 그것을 수행하는 건설회사의 경쟁력에 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이에 건설정보의 체계적인 관리의 요구가 앞으로의 건설사업과 현장에서 더욱 증대될 것으로 보인다. 이와 함께 정보관리를 위한 실적정보 수집단계에서 가장 효율적인 수단이 되는 것이 작업일보이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 작업일보를 분석하고 연구문헌에서 다루어진 문제점 등을 분석하여 작업일보에서 꼭 들어가야 할 항목과 그 항목들이 체계적으로 구성되어 현장중심의 유용한 도구로서 쓰여질 수 있도록 Database이론을 적용하고 MS ACCESS프로그램을 이용하여 기초적인 작업일보를 만들어보았다. |

As construction projects become more complex and sophisticated, companies work to improve project efficiency and cut costs by utilizing solution programs that apply information technologies to construction sites. The amount of construction information will increase in the future, and how to systematically use the abundant information will determine the success and failure of ongoing projects and the competitiveness of the companies which carry out the projects. In that regard, there will be a growing need for systematic management of construction information at construction sites. The most efficient tool for information management at the data collection stage is daily work reports. This paper analyzes existing daily work reports and points to be improved mentioned in other research papers. The paper identifies a table of contents for a daily work report and applies database theories to reports so that the well-organized contents in the reports can prove useful at construction sites. The paper also includes a basic daily work report written with MS ACCESS. |
