Nowadays knowledge has become one of the most important management paradigm related to the competitive power. So most construction companies actively have studied and adopted it to improve a competitive power. In the industry of construction, most large construction companies developed and utilized knowledge management system by itself, but small and medium-sized construction companies have a difficulty in systematic managing their knowledge. The objective of this study is to develop the portal-based knowledge management system model for small and medium-sized construction companies to obtain competitive power and improve the network effect of knowledge. We expect that results of this study will be used as a basis of being advanced construction and implementing knowledge management. |
