오늘날 건설 사업의 형태가 갈수록 대형화·복합화 됨에 따라 앞으로의 건설 사업의 수요 중 많은 부분을 메가 프로젝트가 차지할 것으로 보인다. 메가 프로젝트의 경우 다양한 분야에서 다수의 이해 관계자들이 참여하는 다양한 프로세스들이 동시다발적으로 발생하며, 복잡한 의사결정 과정이 필연적으로 수반되는 것이 특징이므로 메가 프로젝트의 성공적인 완성을 위해서는 프로젝트의 복합체인 프로그램에서의 관리 방법이 필요하다. 하지만 국내에서 프로그램에서의 정보 시스템의 구축은 아직 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 메가 프로젝트에서 사용되는 다양한 정보들을 통합·관리·저장하고 의사결정을 도울 수 있는 정보 시스템으로 전자매뉴얼을 제시하고 있다. 또한 본 연구에서는 국내에서 일반적인 메가 프로젝트인 도시재생사업의 특성을 분석하여 전자매뉴얼의 사용 가능성을 확인하고, 설문 조사를 통하여 전자매뉴얼의 실효성과 요구되는 기능을 파악하여 메가 프로젝트에서의 전자매뉴얼의 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다. |

Today, As the form of construction projects are becoming bigger and more compound, Mega-project is expected to take many parts of the demand for construction projects. Mega-project has a number of stakeholders in the various processes that occur simultaneously, and complex decision-making process which inevitably accompanies, so that the management of program, the complex chain of the project, is necessary for successful completion of mega-project. However, in the country, the establishment of information systems of program is still incomplete. This study is offered IETM as information systems which integrate, management, and save a variety of information used in the mega-project and help decision-making. In addition, this study analyze the characteristics of Unban Renaissance which is common mega-project in the country to check the possibility of the use of the IETM, and grasp the effectiveness and required functions of IETM in mega-project through surveys, consequently direct for improving IETM for mega construction project. |
