As buildings become larger and higher, safety management of construction site becomes more important. Because the form work occupies an important portion compared with the other construction process, the accident of form work leads to economic damage as well as workers injury. Therefore, the objective of this study is to assess Risk Priority Number and to extract the ranking of danger of each formwork activity using FMEA. So, 360 fatal accident cases reported to the KOSHA(Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency) were analyzed, and dangerous causes in each activities of formwork were investigated. Moreover, for computing the ranking of danger, accident frequency, accident strength, and fatal rate was quantitatively analyzed using FMEA |
