Recently, we use system formwork and high-early-strength concrete in construction to improve productivity and efficiency. In a social point of view, charges for construction company are being heavier by real-estate policy. So a demand of reducing construction schedule is embossed. However, traditional plans of residental buildings are difficult to import elementary technology for reducing construction schedule. Requirement of plan that can introduce elementary technology is big subject in new paradigm, which demand more efficiency in construction by consider constructability in design. Concerning this matter, this study aims at analyzing requisite of plan which satisfies the above condition and is suitable for Korean case. |
