건설업은 다른 산업에 비해 열악한 근로환경을 가지고 있어 근로환경 개선을 위한 많은 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 건설업은 또한 직종에 따라 근로환경과 직업에 대한 만족도가 상이하여 직종을 구분하여 근로실태 및 의식을 분석한다. 하지만 현재 근로환경에 대한 연구들은 건설근로자 전체를 대상으로만 수행되어 왔다. 본 논문은 인천 지역 건설현장의 건설근로자를 직종별로 구분하여 설문조사하였고 이를 통해 직종별 근로실태와 의식을 분석하였다. 근로실태를 분석하기 위해 근로시간과 근로일수를 조사하였고 의식을 분석하기 위해 직업선택이유와 직업만족도를 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 직종에 따라 근로환경에 차이가 있었고 만족도 또한 상이했다. 이는 각각의 직종에 적합한 근로환경 개선 방안이 필요함을 나타냈다. 본 논문은 직종별 건설근로자의 개선사항을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다. |

The building industry has more terrible labor surroundings than any other industries. So It needs many study to improve the labor surroundings. Also, the building industry should be divided as each jobs, and we have to research the actual condition state. However, currently study is limited within only whole workers in construction sites. This paper shows the actual condition state of each parts worker in the construction sites and this study shows only result of construction spots in Incheon. In order to analyse the actual state of the exertion, I go through a working hours and day. Then, to know about perception, I also survey about the job choosing reason and satisfaction of the job. As a result, there has a different working environments and satisfaction measurement. Therefore, We can find some needs to make better working conditions among the each jobs. This paper will be a basic data for improving some details for labors in the building industry. |
