¿ä¾à2 Currently many construction companies sell lots the brand apartment in the public housing market. But in quantitative growth comes to be high, to filling the customer satisfaction is not insufficient. The constructive companies strive to grasp the consumer's needs and to serve the discriminated service. But to flaw warranty period after that as ever the actual condition which is insufficient is a possibility of doing from the repair management side. This study analyzes the repair management actual condition with hereafter customer satisfaction andpresents the fundamental data for to flaw warranty period after that.
