국내 건설경기의 불황에 따른 대안으로 관리 인력의 슬림화를 도모하여 문제를 해결해 나가고 있다. 이에 계약직관리자들의 활용가치가 향상되고 체계적인 관리 운용의 필요성이 증대되어 가고 있다. 또한 이들은 건설현장의 생산성 향상 및 품질확보를 위한 중요한 경쟁요소로 자리 잡고 있기 때문에 더욱 탄력적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안 모색이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정규직 및 계약직 현장관리자들을 대상으로 직무만족도를 비교 분석하여 현행 계약직관리자들의 직무만족 향상을 위한 방안을 제안함으로써, 향후 계약직 관리 인력을 더욱 탄력적으로 활용하는데 목적이 있다. |

Human resource management is the important factors in the house building construction. Many companies strive to save the labor wages and hire the temporary contract workers. This study analyzes to the temporary contract worker's job satisfactions and compared with the full-time worker. Full-time worker's job satisfactions are higher to the temporary contract workers in some questionnaire. Welfare satisfactions are the important factors between them so Construction Company should control this factor. |
