¿ä¾à2 Human resource management is the important factors in the house building construction. Many companies strive to save the labor wages and hire the temporary contract workers. This study analyzes to the temporary contract worker's job satisfactions and compared with the full-time worker. Full-time worker's job satisfactions are higher to the temporary contract workers in some questionnaire. Welfare satisfactions are the important factors between them so Construction Company should control this factor.
