대한민국은 IT강국으로 불릴 만큼 매우 강력한 인터넷환경을 가지고 있다. 전국에 초고속 통신망이 구축되어있는 것은 물론이고 버스나 지하철에서도 노트북이나 휴대전화 등 휴대기기 등으로 장소에 구해되지 않고 인터넷에 접속하여 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 하지만 이러한 유용한 인터넷 환경을 이용하여 직접적으로 건설현장에서 건설관리를 한다면, 더 할 나위 없이 좋을 것이다. 통합적 건설관리 인터넷 관리시스템을 구축하게 된다면, 업무의 속도와 효율성에서 향상을 가져오게 될 것이며, 경제적인 효과뿐만 아니라 기존의 패키지 프로그램에서 벗어나 비교가 안 될 만큼의 보안성을 가지게 된다. 또한 웹캠을 이용해서 건설현장을 직접 보고 지휘 감독할 수 있으며, 자재의 종류와 수, 그리고 자본을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 또 하나의 좋은 기회가 된다. 발주자, 설계자, 시공자, 건설관리 관련 사용자 간의 네트워크도 구축되어 단하나의 웹사이트를 통하여 빠르고 신속한 정보교환이 이루어짐에 대해서는 말할 필요도 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 통합적 인터넷 건설관리 시스템을 구축하기위한 요소, 필요성에 대해서 언급을 하는 것을 주목적으로 한다. |

Korea is strong at Information Technology and has a great internet system. Broadband Internet access is available everywhere in Korea using a notebook or a mobile phone, even on the bus and the train. If the construction company manages the work of construction in a field using this useful internet system, it would be great. Therefore , our purpose to study this subject is the reason why CM internet system should be needed and what should be needed to have CM internet system. If CM internet system is built in whole construction area, speed and efficiency of work will be improved in work of construction, and also financial effect will increase. Futhermore the security will be improved compared with in an existing package program. Also a taskmaster supervises the work of the construction in a field through a web camera at home. Besides, they manage the number and the sort of construction materials and capital to build effectively. The member's networks among a order, a designer, a builder and CM managers will be made, and they will exchange their new information quickly. |
