2008년 1월을 기점으로 일반건설업과 전문건설업간의 겸업제한이 폐지되었다. 건설업역간의 겸업제한 폐지는 국내 건설 산업에 있어서 커다란 변화가 일어나게 됨을 의미하는 것이며, 일반건설업체와 전문건설업체 모두에게 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 이에 본 연구는 토공사 전문건설업체를 중심으로 겸업제한 폐지에 대한 대응방안을 제시하자고 한다. 본 연구는 토공사 전문건설업체의 주요 경쟁력 요소를 AHP 분석을 사용하여 도출하고, 겸업제한 폐지로 인한 건설시장의 변화에 대응할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 토공사 전문건설업체가 일반건설업체와 효과적으로 경쟁할 수 있는 방안을 제시하며, 나아가 동일한 상황을 겪고 있는 타 업종의 전문건설업체에게도 도움을 주고자 한다. |

The abolition the prohibition of outside work is an overwhelming change in domestic construction industry, and that will be a big impact in General construction companies and Professional construction companies. The research offers counterplan to the abolition the prohibition of outside work for Earthwork firm. The research has been elicited the Earthwork company's main competitive element by AHP analysis, and that offers counterplan at changes in the construction market against abolition the prohibition of outside work. Through this research offers counterplan for Earthwork firm able to effectively compete with General construction, and furthermore, it will help to other companies which are on the same situation. |
