2003~2006년 한국산업안전공단의 중대재해 조사목록 중 추락재해가 56.7%로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 이에 대한 안전 대책이 요구되는 가운데 비계 및 가설 구조물에서의 추락이 전체 추락 재해의 29.6%를 차지하며 가장 많이 발생된 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이러한 세부 요소에 대한 연구 자료는 미흡한 것으로 조사 되었다. 본 연구에서는 2003~2006년까지의 한국 산업안전공단의 중대재해 조사 목록 중 비계 및 가설 구조물에서의 추락재해를 대상으로 고용형태별, 동종업무 근속기간별, 시간별, 작업내용별, 불안전한 행동별, 불안전한 상태별로 현황의 연도별 추이를 분석하여 차후에 있을 연구의 기초를 정립하여 추락재해의 사고율을 감소시키고자 한다. |

This study aims to show the multiple aspects of the construction falls that occur on and around temporary building facilities, based on KOSHA's annual reports on fatal accidents from 2003 to 2006. It pays particular attention to the following seven factors: type of employment, type of work, length of continuous work, the time frame of work during the day, the content of work, the potential behavioral problems of workers, and the hazardous working conditions. The analyses of these seven factors enable us to see the yearly changes of the construction falls in their causes and characters. In so doing, this study attempts to lay the groundwork for future researches on the same topic and to make scholarly contribution to reduce the number of construction falls. |
