21세기 지식기반 사회로 다변화되는 과정에서 대학은 학습의 장이라는 본래의 목적 이외에 지역의 중심주체로서의 역할이 강조 되고 있다. 최근 사립대학 법과 국립대학 예산편성권이 총장이 결정할 수 있도록 법 개정이 진행되면서, 대학은 수익사업을 통한 재정의 등록금 의존도를 낮추고, 지역주민에 우수한 대학시설을 개방하여 지역사회와 연계될 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 변화에 맞추어 수도권의 대학들은 이미 수익사업을 진행하거나 수익사업을 위한 타당성 분석이 이뤄진 상태이다. 그러나 부산지역 대학은 수익사업에 대한 관심부족과 사업을 위한 기초적 자료가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산지역 대학이 현재 보유하고 있는 시설과 프로그램을 조사하고, 지역주민을 대상으로 설문조사 하여, 지역주민의 대학시설 및 프로그램의 이용현황을 연령대, 성별, 직업별에 따른 분석과 이용자 만족도를 분석하여, 이를 통해 향후 부산지역 대학의 수익사업을 위한 기초적 자료를 제시하고자 한다. |

Through the process of diversification in the knowledge-based society of the 21st century, the role of local communities is gaining importance for universities, in addition to the basic role of education. due to the recent amendment to education budgets, the presidents of private and public universities are able to decide their own budgets and lower the rate of dependence on tuition fees by strengthening school resources via profitable business connections. They are also able to open their excellent facilities to the surrounding communities. In accordance with these changes, universities in the metropolitan area have already begun making their facilities profitable and have made appropriate analyses. On the contrary, universities in Busan have a lack of interest in revenue- making and insufficient basic data to support it. Hence this study will provide basic data relating to profitable business for universities in Busan, by researching facilities owned by universities in Busan and their programs, conducting a survey of local residents, analyzing present condition of use of the university facilities and programs, classifying them by age, sex and occupation, and analyzing consumers satisfaction. |
