본 연구의 목적은 한국전통 목조건축 주요구조부의 보수공사 시 문제점을 분석한 후 개선방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 보수공사로 인한 문제점 발생빈도가 높은 9곳을 사례대상으로 선정하고, 대목장의 참여유무에 따라 분류한 후 문제점 분석을 위해 답사 및 설문조사하였다. 이를 기초로 파악된 보수공사의 제도적, 행정적 문제점에 따른 개선방안을 제시하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 수행한 본 연구의 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제도적 보완 대책으로 대목장 전문교육 제도와 보수공사 기능공에 대한 심화교육 제도를 구축한다. 둘째, 담당공무원의 전문성 결여 보완책으로 전문직 공무원의 문화재보수공사 현장 참여를 보완한다. |

The purpose of this study is presented the problems and improvement of the repair works in Korea traditional wooden construction. For this study adopted research method include visiting and questionnaire for 9 repair works, which is with or without wooden construction master and then present the improvement from the technical and administrative problems. The results of this study are as follows: 1) If establish on educational institution for wooden construction master and operate a deepen technical training to the repair workers. 2) Pre-Design step is required CM specialist on Korea traditional wooden construction. |
