21세기에 접어들어 지식은 조직의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 경영패러다임의 하나로 자리 잡혔다. 이에 건설업체들도 지식경영을 도입하여 조직의 역량강화에 힘을 쏟고 있다. 하지만 건설업체 내에서 대형 건설업체들은 자체적으로 KMS를 구축하여 지식관리를 하고 있는 반면 중소규모 건설업체들은 대형 건설업체에 비해 체계적인 지식관리가 힘든 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 답보상태에 있는 중소규모 건설업체들의 지식관리 활동이 경쟁력을 가질 수 있도록 하는 방안으로 지식의 Network 효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 Portal기반 KMS 구축 전략을 제안하고자 한다. 이는 향후 국가 전반 건설업계의 지식관리 수준을 향상시켜 건설선진화의 발판을 이룰 것이며 지식관리의 저변을 확대하는데 기여할 수 있는 토대가 될 것이다. |

Nowadays knowledge has become one of the most important management paradigm related to the competitive power. So most construction companies actively have studied and adopted it to improve a competitive power. In the industry of construction, most large construction companies developed and utilized knowledge management system by itself, but small and medium-sized construction companies have a difficulty in systematic managing their knowledge. The objective of this study is to develop the portal-based knowledge management system model for small and medium-sized construction companies to obtain competitive power and improve the network effect of knowledge. We expect that results of this study will be used as a basis of being advanced construction and implementing knowledge management. |
