Today, there is a growing recognition of maintenance worldwide, according to the recent architectural trend. So, the social concern with 3D laser scanning by architecture and maintenance has been growing for the several years. Also, over the past few years, several studies have been made on BIM based maintenance. But, little know about the 3D scanning and maintenance for integrated approach. This study is to work up the photogrammetry, 3D laser scan and BIM based maintenance to the principles of information reuse informed by professional experience of building conservation, on the basis of what has been proved to work. This is a comparative study of photogrammetry and 3D laser scanning system for maintenance. |
