A efficient facilities management in high-rise is important for guarantee security and pleasant environment of user. There is no institutional maintenance and management method, only building owner has responsibility of maintenance in Korea. In case of USA, Japan, and Europe, they are extending the application of BAS, IBS(Intelligent Building System), and BEMS(Building Energy Management System) after realizing energy saving effect through FMS. The methodical standard of facilities management would have to be prepared adequate for Domestic Circumstances in Korea. |
