이 연구의 목적은 도농복합지역에 스마트도시를 적용하기 위한 방향성을 도출하는 것이다.
첫째, 빅데이터 분석을 통해 도농복합지역에서 제기되고 있는 스마트도시 관련 이슈사항들을 도출하였다. 둘째, 도출된 이슈사항에 기반하여 도농복합지역 내 주민들을 대상으로 IPA분석 및 조건부 가치추정법을 수행하였다. 셋째, 지역주민 및 스마트도시 전문가, 공무원 대상 심층인터뷰를 수행하여 도농복합지역의 원활한 스마트도시 조성을 위해 필요한 사항을 수렴하였다. 넷째, 앞의 분석결과를 종합하여 물리적 공통기반 확산, 기능적ㆍ산업적 연계, 법제도적 개선 등의 기본방향을 제시하고 그에 따른 세부추진방안을 제시하였다.
스마트도시는 새로운 도시 패러다임으로 전 세계적으로 확산되고 있다. 스마트도시는 점차 다양한 형태로 진화할 것으로 전망됨에 따라 지역적 특성에 따른 차별적인 적용방법론이 개발되어야 한다. 이 연구는 도농복합지역에 스마트도시를 적용하기 위한 정책적 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. |

The purpose of this study was to derive the smart city application direction in urban and rural areas.
First, smart city issues in the urban and rural areas were derived through big data analysis. Second, the IPA analysis and conditional value estimation method were implemented for citizens based on smart city issues in urban and rural areas. Third, in-depth interviews were conducted with residents, experts, and public officials to gather diverse opinions on smart cities. Fourth, the main directions of spreading physical foundations, functional linkages, and legal and institutional improvements were presented, and detailed measures were suggested. Smart cities are spreading globally as a new urban paradigm. As smart cities are predicted to evolve in various forms, different methodologies must be developed according to regional characteristics. This study is expected to provide policy implications for the application of smart cities to urban and rural areas. |
