¿ä¾à2 The purpose of this study is to confirm and interpret the impact of the ¡°Sinchon Commercial Districts Vitality and Recovery Enhancement Project¡± through quantitative analysis and qualitative interpretation of changes in commercial survival rates by industry in Sinchon, Seoul. The research method is to divide the Sinchon commercial district into the ¡®Yonsei University¡¯ commercial district, ¡®Baramsan¡¯ commercial district, ¡®Ewha Womans University¡¯ commercial district, and then derive the commercial survival rate according to the urban regeneration project period through log-rank test and Kaplan-Meier method. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the urban regeneration projects did not contribute to the overall revitalization of commercial districts in the Yonsei commercial district, the Baramsan commercial district, and the Ewha commercial district. However, as the commercial survival rate of the repair, personal service, and health care industries increased, it was confirmed that urban regeneration projects contribute limited activation in some industries. It was confirmed that the impact of the urban regeneration project was achieved through the increase in the commercial survival rate in the second period, however, the commercial survival rate decreased in the third period, confirming that it was only a short-term impact.
