Urban regeneration home repair projects were supported to improve the residential environment and landscape of oldresidential areas that are difficult to regenerate, but in many areas, the improvement of the residential environment in the areadid not meet the effects and expectations that residents could feel even after the project was completed. Therefore, this study analyzed satisfaction through the background and purpose of the new home repair project, the centralgovernment¡¯s project implementation and support guidelines, the Ministry of Land, infrastructure and Transport¡¯s case analysis ofurban regeneration home repairs from 2022 to 2023, and a survey of residents based on the results of the urban regenerationhome repair project in Sambang-dong, Gimhae. Through this, the conclusion of this study is as follows. For sustainable urban regeneration home repair projects, detailed centralgovernment project implementation guidelines are needed to convert to an occasional public offering method in addition to theset project period and to properly organize house repair project by type, and even after the project is over, it is necessary toprepare a space for home repair projects and practical and specific policies for comprehensive support systems for home repairprojects. |
