모듈러 건설의 여러 장점과 가능성에도 불구하고 대중들의 모듈러 건설에 대한 인식은 부정적인 경향이 강하다. 기존의 선행연구들은 소수의 영향 요인 및 범용적인 설문을 활용하여 사회적 인식을 진단하고자 하였다. 하지만 기존의 방법론은 모듈러의 특수성을 반영하지 못하고 모델을 구성하기 어려운 등의 한계점을 갖고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회적 수용성 모델을 구축하여 대중의 모듈러 건설에 대한 인식을 분석하고, 개선하기 위한 대책을 고찰해보고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 향후 모듈러 건설의 대중화와 정책 개선에 기여할 수 있을것으로 예상된다. |

This study examines factors influencing the social acceptance of modular construction to support its wider practical application. A
comprehensive survey was conducted across various stakeholders, including industry professionals, those with experience in modular
construction, and general users. Using multiple regression analysis, the study evaluated the influence of four key variables in social
acceptance: rational, emotional, institutional factors, and trust. Results showed that emotional factors had the greatest impact on social
acceptance, followed by institutional and rational factors. Among industry professionals, rational and institutional factors were primary
influences, whereas those with modular construction experience were influenced by emotional, rational, and legal factors. To further advance
modular construction, it is crucial to strengthen emotional and institutional factors by promoting positive images, showcasing successful
projects, ensuring safety verification from independent bodies, and advocating for supportive government policies and law revisions. The
findings are expected to aid in the sustainable development of modular construction within the construction industry. |
