This study aimed to develop a foldable modular emergency housing system that can be rapidly and efficiently deployed in disaster situations, and to verify its structural performance and on-site applicability. Based on regulatory analysis, the module size and design concept were established, and structural vulnerabilities were addressed through time-history analysis. Full-scale mock-up production demonstrated residential features such as insulation, underfloor heating, and cladding. Folding and deployment tests revealed construction efficiency and improvement needs, and structural detail enhancements were proposed for repeated use and long-term storage. |
